HELPFUL INFO

SHIPPING:

  • Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 3–5 days. Custom orders take 2–3 weeks, but I’ll keep you in the loop.
  • Lost Packages: As a small business (it's just me) I do everything on my end to make sure deliveries flow smoothly, however, once your package is with the shipping carrier, it’s out of my hands. Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds for lost or missing packages.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is unable to be delivered at the address provided in the order and is returned to me, I’m happy to help with reshipping, but I can't offer a refund or cancel the order.
  • International Orders: If you've found my store from across the sea, welcome! I’m so glad to have you here. While international shipping isn't set up by default at checkout, I’m happy to arrange a delivery to wherever you are. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Just reach out, and we’ll make it happen!
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, let me know with some photos so I can figure out what happened and make it right.

REFUNDS:

I want you to love what you’ve ordered, and if there’s an issue with your item, such as damage during shipping, I’ll do everything I can to help. However, due to the nature of my pieces, I am unable to accept returns once an item is shipped. With this in mind, if you are interested in an item and have any hesitations or want assistance before placing your order, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help. :)

RUSH ORDERS:

If you need your item by a certain date I am happy to work with you to make that happen! Please reach out to make sure I can make your deadline work.  ◡̈ A rush fee may apply, depending on the circumstance.

Your support means the world to me, and I’ll do everything I can to make sure you love your experience. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! <3

CARING FOR YOUR KNITWEAR:

As a hand-knit, one-of-a-kind item, made with a blend of thrifted yarns, each item will be different. Starting December 2024 I include a note with the type of yarn used - you are always welcome to look up your own care practices. There are great resources online, and you can message me for any specific reccomendations as well.

To wash:
Hand wash by filling a bowl with warm water and unscented natural soap, and massage item to wash. Rinse with cool water. To spot clean, damp a cloth with cool water or warm water and pat the area dry. Lay it on a flat surface to dry.

STORING YOUR KNITWEAR:

Folding your knitwear into a drawer or box is the safest longterm option & of course wear often to keep her looking fresh ◡̈
