Ocean Waves Blue Hand-Crocheted Patchwork Vest – One of a Kind
This textured, one-of-a-kind vest is hand-crocheted using thrifted and secondhand yarns, blending ocean blues, soft grays, denim tones, and a hint of green. It’s a patchwork celebration of coastal color and resourceful creativity. Loose ends, visible ties, and tonal variation make this piece feel both raw and artfully considered.
Designed with a relaxed, intentionally boxy fit and oversized front pockets, this vest layers beautifully over flannels, tees, or dresses. The front tie adds styling flexibility, while the fringe details at the hem bring extra personality. Each panel is uniquely crocheted with a mix of stitches and yarn textures. No two pieces are ever the same.
This vest took over 12 hours to make, using freeform crochet techniques and hand-assembled finishing—with quality, love, and intention stitched into every detail. It has an intentionally boxy, oversized feel and works well across a range of sizes and bodies depending on desired fit (modeled on male and female).

As both a creative and an entrepreneur, I want to acknowledge and emphasize the extreme nature of textile waste and global consumption habits. It is with this in mind that I focus on sourcing yarn and materials exclusively from second-hand and thrift stores to take advantage of and promote the value of recycling and reworking textile waste.
By doing so, I am developing and investing in a sustainable business model celebrating handmade, authentic knitwear.
I work to create pieces that add color and spunk into your life through ever-evolving styles and designs, celebrating the value of unconventional slow fashion🕺🏼 All pieces are one-of-a-kind and handknit by Quoya, Northern California Fiber Artist🧶🌟

A note on pricing: With materials & time spent each piece is priced as affordably as I can manage. Thank you for your understanding & please message me with any questions. I truly appreciate your support. Much love. 💛
